
Dr. James B. Ragland is a neurologist affiliated with the Regional Neurological Center in Bismarck. He received his medical degree from the University of Madras, India, and completed his internship training at Government General Hospital in 1976, and his psychiatry residency training at Warren State Hospital and Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. He completed his neurology residency training at Elliott Neurological Center at Pennsylvania Hospital which is affiliated with the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Ragland is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, the American Board of Electro-diagnostic Medicine, as well as in Clinical Neurophysiology. His subspecialty is electromyography, which deals with disease of the muscles and nerves.
