
Bob Gietzen, DC, DABCO, Lac
Bob Gietzen began practicing acupuncture in 1986. A graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, Minnesota, he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Bob received his Diplomate from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in 1986. His post-graduate training was in acupuncture and Advanced Oriental Medicine.
In 1991 Bob became a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic
Orthopedics. Leaving Northwestern College with his wife Lori, a Licensed
Chiropractor, they moved to Greeley, Colorado and began a private practice.
He joined St. Alexius Center for Integrated Medicine in March 2001. Bob’s approach to his work is as part of a team using acupuncture as a tool to compliment conventional treatment. He has practiced acupuncture for the past 15 years at one of the largest traditional Chinese Medicine clinics in a five-state area. He has completed hundreds of hours of classroom study and has administered well over 35,000 acupuncture treatments.
