
Cammy joined the Gastroenterology department at Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in June 2006.
A native of Bismarck, North Dakota, Cammy received an Associate of Science in Practical Nursing (LPN) from the North Dakota College of Science in Wahpeton and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medcenter One College of Nursing in Bismarck. In April 2006, she completed a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Prior to joining Mid Dakota Clinic, Cammy worked as a licensed practical nurse and later as a registered nurse on the medical/oncology floor at St. Alexius Medical Center. She also worked as a registered nurse on the Neuro/Cardio/Pulmonary floor at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Most recently, Cammy worked as a cardiology nurse practitioner at Medcenter One and as a family nurse practitioner at the St. Alexius Washburn Family Clinic, where she also provided on-call emergency room coverage for Community Memorial Hospital in Turtle Lake.
Cammy is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, a member of Sigma Theta Tau, Kappa Upsilon Chapter, an Advisory Board Member for the Medcenter One College of Nursing and a member of the American Gastroenterological Association. She is certified in CPR, ACLS and completed the Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC). Cammy is licensed to practice as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Dakota.
