Jennifer Stone is a Nurse Practitioner in Interventional Radiology at the St. Alexius Heart & Vascular Center.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Mary with a Masters of Science in Nursing and completed advanced practice studies to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is nationally certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed to practice with prescriptive authority in North Dakota.
Jennifer has experience in the areas of intensive care, telemetry, cardiac step-down, sleep medicine, geriatric assisted living and with developmentally disabled individuals. Jennifer has practiced as a nurse in Wyoming, Montana and most recently returned to her home state of North Dakota.
Jennifer is instrumental in many aspects of patient management and care. She assists Dr. Herbel with pre-procedural work-ups, patient education, coordinating care during admissions, patient follow up clinic visits, inpatient rounds, ordering appropriate lab work and diagnostic tests and prescribing medications and treatments as indicated.
