Dr. Starr joined the Internal Medicine department at Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in September 2011.
A native of California, Dr. Starr received his Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of California, Irvine. He went on to earn a Doctor of Medicine from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Grand Forks, and completed an internal medicine residency at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo. Prior to joining the clinic, Dr. Starr worked as a hospitalist at Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage which offered 24 hour consultation services and accepted emergency transfers from the entire state of Alaska.
Dr. Starr cares for patients 18 years of age and older with acute and chronic medical conditions. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and is licensed in North Dakota and Alaska.
