Dr. Moen joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in September 2001. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice, and certified in Sports Medicine.
A native of West Fargo, North Dakota, Dr. Moen has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota, and received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. He completed his residency and internship in Family Medicine at the UND Family Practice Center and the University of North Dakota Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Moen received many awards such as the President’s Honor Roll, Graduation Honor Escort, Jarrett Memorial Scholarship, and the NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship.
Dr. Moen is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Practice, North Dakota Sixth District Medical Society, and the North Dakota Medical Association. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of North Dakota
