Dr. Jan Levora is a nephrologist (specialist in kidney disease) with The Clinics of St. Alexius and an intensivist in the St. Alexius Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Dr. Levora received his Doctor of Medicine and completed post-graduate training in internal medicine at Charles University, Faculty of General Medicine, Prague, Czech Republic. He completed a residency in internal medicine at State University of New York in Stony Brook, N.Y., and fellowships in nephrology and critical care medicine at University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Levora is board certified in internal medicine, nephrology and critical care through the American Board of Internal Medicine. He also has conducted research, published numerous articles and presented lectures about different aspects of kidney disease.
