Mark joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in June 2009. He works collaboratively with the Internal Medicine department in the care of residents of various long term care facilities. He also works part-time with the St. Alexius Medical Center Hospitalist Program.
A native of North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada, Mark attended Minot State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in nursing in 1994. He went on to earn his Master of Science in nursing at the University of Mary, where he became a certified family nurse practitioner in 2009.
Mark has more than 18 years years of experience as a registered nurse, primarily working in critical care. Prior to joining Mid Dakota Clinic, he worked in the intensive care unit at Trinity Medical Center in Minot, in same day surgery at the Minot Medical Arts Clinic, as a travel nurse at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto, CA and most recently, as charge/triage nurse in the Emergency & Trauma Center at St. Alexius.
Mark is certified in PALS, ACLS, CPR and has completed the Trauma Nurse Core Course. He is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is licensed to practice in the state of North Dakota.
