Dr. Grenz joined Mid Dakota Clinic Primecare in July 2005. Prior to his affiliation with the Clinic, he practiced medicine and served as Chief of Medical Staff at Linton Medical Center in Linton, ND. Dr. Grenz also served as Medical Director of Hospice, the Emmons County Ambulance Service, Emmons County Public Health and the Strasburg Care Center. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine.
A native of Bismarck, Dr. Grenz completed an undergraduate degree in Agriculture from North Dakota State University. Following the completion of graduate coursework in Animal Nutrition, also from North Dakota State University, he operated a 1200-acre grain farm from 1988-1993. Dr. Grenz went on to receive his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency in Fargo, North Dakota. A 4-year recipient of the National Health Service Corps Scholarship, Dr. Grenz was honored as Resident Teacher of the Year from 1999-2000.
Dr. Grenz is a member of the North Dakota Medical Association, Christian Medical & Dental Society, and the American College of Physicians-ASIM. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of North Dakota.
