Dr. Fullmer joined Great Plains Clinic in January of 2010. He is a graduate of the California College of Podiatric Medicine. He is board certified in podiatric surgery. As a foot and ankle surgical specialist Dr. Fullmer provides diabetic wound management, sports medicine, general and surgical foot and ankle care.
