
Dr. Chad Carlson joined The Bone & Joint Center in 2011. He is a board-eligible orthopaedic surgeon, with additional fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery.
A native of Lansford, N.D., Dr. Carlson received his Bachelor of Science from University of North Dakota. He then received his medical degree from University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Following medical school, he completed five years of training at Grand Rapids Orthopaedic Residency Program in Grand Rapids, Mich. He subsequently completed a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at South County Orthopaedic Specialists in Orange County, Calif.
He specializes in treatment of common and complex problems of the foot and ankle, including foot and ankle traumas, ankle arthroplasty/replacements, bunions, hammertoes, painful flat feet, diabetic reconstructions, sports injuries, arthroscopies and complex deformities.
