Jeanne Dillon , MD
Dr. Jeanne Dillon is a hospitalist with St. Alexius Medical Center. She graduated with a B.S. from William & Mary in Williamsburg, Va., and then from Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in Norfolk, Va., as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at EVMS and received the William H. Dietrich Award for Outstanding Resident on graduation. Dr. Dillon remained in Norfolk and worked at Norfolk Diagnostic Center and as an assistant professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School. In the last 1990s, Dr. Dillon left private practice to join the U.S. Army, where she was deployed to Bosnia. While in Bosnia she was the director of inpatient and ICU care as well as the telemedicine program. She served a total of seven years, both active and reserve. After the military, Dr. Dillon relocated to the Midwest to be closer to family. She spent six years in Sioux Falls with Gutnik & Associates at Avera McKennan Hospital before relocating to the Bismarck area. Dr. Dillon is board certified in internal medicine and licensed in North Dakota.
