Brandon Helbling, MD
Dr. Helbling joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in July 2008. He is a board certified surgeon who serves as Medical Director of the PrimeCare Surgical Weight Loss Program. Dr. Helbling earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Grand Forks where he received the Logan Hetherington Scholarship and the Karen Lynner Medical Scholarship for academic excellence. He completed a general surgery residency at Michigan State University/Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies, Kalamazoo, MI where he was honored with the Robert H. Hume Excellence in Research Award. Dr. Helbling is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Medical Association, and the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons. He is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of North Dakota.
