Kyle Darras, FNP-BC
Kyle joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in March 2011. She staffs the University of Mary Student Health Clinic located on the lower level of University Hall. A native of Fortuna, ND, Kyle graduated cum laude from the University of Mary in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She went on to complete graduate coursework also at the University of Mary, earning her Master of Science degree and becoming a family nurse practitioner in 2001. Prior to joining Mid Dakota Clinic, Kyle worked in the fields of radiation oncology and otolaryngology. Most recently, she worked as an employer services coordinator for a local occupational health clinic providing treatment for employee episodic illness and injury, and completing annual and pre-employment physical exams. As a trained health coach, Kyle also provided employee counseling for disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices, and assisted businesses with developing worksite wellness programs. Kyle is a member of the North Dakota Nurse Practitioner Association, the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) and the North Dakota Cancer Coalition. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, and the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation. She is licensed as an advanced practice nurse through the ND State Board of Nursing.
