Do you have a question or concern with your service from Great Plains? The Great Plains management team is available to assist you (the patient or your family and friends) should you have any questions or concerns about Great Plains, and/or the staff. We are committed to ensuring that everyone receives quality care. The Great Plains management team is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for anyone who wishes to call or drop by our facility to discuss concerns.
