Kevin Chaussee, FNP-BC
Kevin joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in July 2011, as a staff member of Gateway Dermatology. A native of Bismarck, ND, Kevin received his undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Mary. He went on to earn his Master of Science in nursing with specialization in the family nurse practitioner program also from the University of Mary in 1998. Prior to joining the clinic, Kevin worked as a registered nurse at Heart of America Medical Center in Rugby caring for acute medical surgical patients, intensive care unit patients and later as Director of Surgical Services. While pursuing his advanced practice degree, Kevin worked as a staff nurse on the psychiatry unit at St. Alexius Medical Center. For the past thirteen years, Kevin worked at the Bone & Joint Center as a family nurse practitioner first as a member of the spine team, and later with the hand and upper extremity team assessing, diagnosing and treating orthopedic conditions in patients of all ages. Kevin is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He is licensed as an advanced practice nurse by the ND State Board of Nursing.
