This 4-hour American Heart Association course is required for current healthcare providers to renew their card for an additional 2-year period. Pre-registration is required. Participants must show their unexpired Healthcare Provider CPR card at the start of class. 2010 DATES: February 3, April 21, June 16, August 18, October 6, and December 8 For more information, call 701-530-7700 or 1-800-843-9628. Payment Policy: Payment must accompany all registrations. If registering on line a credit card number is required. Please note that this site is secured and your card number is safe. If using this form as a mail in registration a check must be attached. Without payment, you will not be considered registered. Please notify us if you will NOT be attending the class you registered for. We require that you give at least one week’s notice before the class date in order to receive a refund.
