Medical Records – Authorization of Release of Information Minot Medical Clinic Screenings St. Alexius has had a specialty clinic in Minot for more than five years. In order to support the need for additional specialty services, and to introduce St. Alexius primary care to the community, the clinic relocated to a larger facility housing two clinics within the Arrowhead Mall. The specialty clinic is for the visiting physicians, midlevels and healthcare professionals who travel from Bismarck. These specialties include allergy management, behavior health, cardiology, diabetes management, ENT, general surgery, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics, orthotics and prosthetics, pediatric cardiology, pediatric neurology, radiation oncology, sleep medicine and urology. The primary care clinic, located inside the mall, currently has four family practice physicians and one family practice nurse practitioner who see patients five days a week. The clinic also offers same day and next day appointments. Radiology services which include CT, mammography, MRI, ultrasound and dexascan. Full laboratory services are available onsite.
