St. Alexius Human Performance Center – High Performance Corporations

High Performance Corporations

The Human Performance Center at St. Alexius is proud to present its new corporate fitness program, High Performance Corporations. This program incorporates the components of the Adult Fitness and Family Fitness services of the HPC into a package for members of local corporations at a discounted price.

Here is how it works:

    • The corporation must inform its employees of the program and its availability on a regular basis.
    • The corporation must designate someone within their company to coordinate the plan and provide information.
    • The corporation must have at least seven qualifying members.
      1. To Qualify:
      2. The employee must present an employment verification form from the corporation.
      3. The employee must sign up for either a bank draft, six-month or one-year membership. The six-month or one-year memberships must be paid in full. The three-month membership available at the HPC is not part of this package.
    • The type of membership chosen by the employee will determine the discount.
      1. Bank Draft – 17% (a formal authorization for start-up and a signed form for discontinuing the program are required with this program)
      2. Six-month prepaid membership* – 12%
      3. One-year prepaid membership* – 20%
      4. *NOTE: There are specific refund policies for all prepaid memberships.

In addition, the HPC will offer its family memberships at these discounted rates. By including family members, an internal support mechanism is created for the individual employee. Our family memberships are based on the number of parents and children utilizing the program.

The membership requirements are the same for the family option; bank draft, six-month or one-year prepaid.
