Join Rodger Wetzel, Director, Northland PACE for the June Eldercare Program entitled “Advance Healthcare Directives (Living Wills, etc.).”
Learn what Advance Healthcare Directives are, who should get copies, and free sources of information. The program will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. at the St. Alexius Boniface Auditorium. The deadline for registration is Tuesday, June 9, 2009.
