18th Annual Hospice Memorial Tree Planting Ceremony

Please join the St. Alexius Home Care & Hospice’s tree planting ceremony on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. at the St. Alexius Chapel. The ceremony is an opportunity for remembering loved ones. Bereaved families are invited to write their loved one’s name along with a special memory on a piece of paper to be planted with the tree. Hospice volunteer also will be recognized.
A chapel service will be followed by an open house and fellowship in the cafeteria meeting rooms at the medical center. For more information, call St. Alexius Home Care and Hospice at 701-530-4500.
