Pelvic Pain Solutions- free health session open to public

The St. Alexius Center for Integrated Medicine will be holding a FREE Health Education Session titled “Pelvic Pain Solutions.” Learn how a team approach can alleviate pelvic trigger point pain, soften fibrous tissue and retrain the nervous system to break the pattern of pain. Also learn self-management strategies to cope with pain.
This session will include hands-on demonstrations so participants should wear loose-fitting clothing. It will be held Wednesday, February 1, 2006 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the St. Alexius Boniface Auditorium at the 10th Street and Rosser Avenue entrance. Call now to register by calling (701) 530-4190.
