Learn How to Talk to Your Kids about Sex
Posted on 5/3/2006
It can be nerve-wracking. It can be uncomfortable. But it is important. Parents need to talk with their children about sex. When it comes to their decision about sex, teens say their parents are the most influential. The PrimeCare partners of Mid Dakota Clinic and St. Alexius Medical Center is hosting a health information session to help parents learn how to communicate with their kids.
Attend this information session to learn about how to talk to your kids about love, intimacy, sex and consequences. Presenters Bob Bury, MD, and Kristin Chaussee, FNP-C of Mid Dakota Clinic Center for Women will be joined by members of the Mid Dakota Clinic Teen and College Board.
Registration is $5. Please use the Patient Services entrance at 10th Street and Rosser Avenue. For more information or to RSVP, please call 530-7700.
This session will be held Tuesday, May 9, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the St. Alexius Boniface Auditorium. Please use the 10th Street entrance. Cost is $5 per person and refreshments will be served. Please call 530-7700 or 1-800-843-9628 by noon Monday, May 8, to register.
