St. Alexius Heart & Lung Clinic Recognized with Diabetes Care Awards

The St. Alexius Heart & Lung Clinic received the North Dakota Diabetes Care Clinic Achievement Award. Heart & Lung Clinic is one of 14 clinics to receive the diabetes care clinic award.
In addition, Cindy Renner, Heart & Lung Clinic PA-C, CDE, was awarded the North Dakota Diabetes Care Provider Achievement Award. Renner also received the pediatric diabetes care award. She was one of two providers in the state to receive both awards.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, in cooperation with the North Dakota Department of Health Diabetes Prevention and Control Program, sponsors the annual awards presented each spring. The award recognizes clinics that have demonstrated excellence in managing the care of diabetes patients and is based on American Diabetes Association guidelines.
St. Alexius Medical Center and the Heart & Lung Clinic have worked collaboratively for more than 40 years to bring high-quality care to the region.
