Gear Up for Summer Fruits and Vegetables!

Get on the bus for the next Diabetes Cooking School! The two-hour class begins at 7 p.m. in Boniface Auditorium on Thursday, April 29. Use the East Patient Entrance at St. Alexius.
- Dana Ostwald, Dan’s Supermarket Produce Director will discuss summter fruits and vegetables.
- Cindy Renner, St. Alexius PA-C and CDE will give tips on managing your diabetes on sick days.
- Kathy Stewart, St. Alexius LRD and CDE will provide facts about vitamins and minerals.
Pre-registration is required by calling 530-7860. The cost is $20 per person, which includes program materials. Without materials, the cost is $10.
May’s cooking school will take place Thursday, May 13 and is titled “Pork From Around the World”.
