One in three women in North Dakota dies from heart disease or stroke. Learn what you can do to protect yourself. St. Alexius Medical Center is hosting a FREE luncheon in celebration of Women’s Heart Health Month.

The luncheon will include:
- a presentation from a heart disease survivor
- warning signs and contributing factors from John Windsor, DO, St. Alexius Heart & Lung Clinic cardiologist
- Go Red For Women materials from the American Heart Association
Program and heart healthy lunch is free and open to the public. Space is limited to the first 100 attendees.
